What should I do if the buyer raises a re-evaluation request?

If a re-evaluation request (dispute) has been raised, the DRTM Dispute team may reach out to you and the buyer for more information regarding the issue. Please ensure you respond to the Evidence requests within the deadlines indicated in the request. Evidence can include photos and videos.

For a better seller and buyer experience, dispute cases should be resolved quickly. Hence, if the dispute team does not receive necessary information from either party, the decision will be made based on the available information.
