Why can't I join a campaign?

Campaign eligibility depends on your performance as a seller.

If you cannot see a campaign in your Campaign Management page, you may not yet be eligible to join it. Here are some things you may want to check to gain eligibility to join more campaigns in the future:

• Appeal any policy violations to reduce your Non-Compliance Points.

• Improve your order fulfillment process to raise your Fast Fulfillment Rate.

• Manage your stocks properly to avoid seller-fault cancellations.

Once your day-to-day store operations are improved, you'll be ready to join campaigns that will bring in more traffic and sales!
