Apologies for the inconvenience that this has caused you our Dear Seller. Here are some options that you can use to help out with the Out of stock issue.

-Try to set the date if when the product will be available or live in the Lazada platform.

-There will be a toggle for the availability option, and you just need to switch it on.

If the above options does not work, you can send a request using the forms in your Help Center, using the Concern "System - Issue and Error with Seller Tools"

  • Issues Encountered on:

    For this part of the form, you just need to select "Product/SKU" since this is the one affected in your Seller Tools.

  • What is the error encountered:

    In the drop down, you can select Incorrect content on the website, since its showing "Out of stock" even though you replenished the stocks already.

  • Upload screenshot of error:

    You can take a screenshot of the error showing the product is showing "Out of stock'

  • Affected SKU:

    You can type in the name or the SKU number of the products affected by the error.

  • Brief description of the error:

    You can provide a brief explanation of the error showing on your end. Indicating the details of the error.

  • Submit

    After you filled out the details, you can hit submit.

Also, after sending the request, you can follow up with our PSC about the concern, for the issue to be resolved and for the products to go live in the Lazada platform.
