Good day! Apologies po for the inconveniences.
As per your concern, we have no way po for us to request to disable the COD method ng buyer, but no worries po since we have team that monitoring the Cancellation ng mga buyers and if they checked that the buyer has high Cancellation, they will disable po the COD mode of that buyer.
