pwede ko ba i-block ang buyer? 1st order nya sakin 1 item. nung dumating sa house nila, kinancel nya. then after 2 weeks, umorder ulit ng 3 items separately. prinocess ko since baka di na maulit pag cancel nya. ayun na nga, nung dumating sa last hub for delivery na kinabukasan, biglang kinancel ulit yung 3. then umorder ulit after ilang days, ibang size naman. ako na nagcancel coz alam ko na mangyayari. now, eto na naman sya, umorder ulit ngayon, different design and size. ika-cancel ko ulit to. pwede ko ba syang i-block since hindi na maganda ginagawa nya sa seller? baka di lang sakin ginagagawa ito. thank you!

Good day! Apologies po for the inconveniences that this caused you.
In regards with your concern, we don't have a way po to block the buyer. However, you can confirm sa buyer through Instant Messaging their order. If incase po na wala silang response within 48 hours, you can request po to cancel the order through this form.
Please provide screenshot ng pag reach out nyo po sa buyer.
Please also note that, if the buyer has high cancellation, ma di-disable po ang Cash on Delivery (COD) mode of payment nya.
To add, never cancel orders po on your end kasi maaapektuhan ang Order Volume Limit (OVL) ng shop. Your OVL is the maximum number of orders that your shop can receive in a day. Once your shop hits its daily OVL, your items will no longer be visible on the buyer website, and you will stop receiving orders until the next day.
