How to talk to cs kapag di ma scan yong barcode ng parcel

Go to Support tab>Help Center>Contact Us>then type "Live Agent"

Also, you might want to double-check if the items are in "ready-to-ship" status before scanning the barcode.

May support tab po sa seller center .. pwede ka makipag chat sa live agent nila... Type nu lang "Agent"

Try to check din po ung mismong airwaybill kung walang problema ang barcode
