In line with this, highly recommended po namin na gamitin ninyo ang Instant Messaging (IM) to connect with your buyer. Also, you can utilize the order verification tool in help center to verify the customer details of your pending orders and see their Failed Delivery record to help you decide if you would like to continue fulfilling the order.
