Apologies for the inconvenience our dear Seller, with the free shipping max program still on its pilot launch, this is applicable for selected Sellers and currently we don't have any whitelisting option. But no worries, let us continue on performing here in the Lazada platform, and there are chances that you're store may soon be eligible for the said program.
