Hi, can someone help me on how to do with our violation? we already submitted the appeal and send the needed supporting documents, however its rejected. can anyone help me?

I can relate to this experience, even if I appealed it wouldn't work and it would give me an additional violation. I just deleted the product and created a new one. It works.
