Package Not Ready is the total numbers of Package(s) Not Ready divided by the total number of packages in the last week. This is measured for the period of last 1 week. If you received PNR notification, you can fill out the form for Missed pick up dispute po for the team to check, also once may mareceive kayong NCP or Non Compliance Points, this is one thing that the team can validate.

As per your concern, transition from pick off to drop off can be factored in terms of performance ng shop. May it be on fulfillment or PNR.

mam, ask ko po bkit na PNR ako...kahit hindi naman... kasalanan ng rider,,,di nya na pick up...pero si Lazada ng email sa akin na PNR ako. may mga evidence ako na ready na ang mga package ko.
