How to file a claim using the Seller Claims form?

Go to Support, then click Help Center.

Click Form in the "Still Need Help" section.

Select Claims - Filing of Claims/ Disputes in the dropdown button.

Choose the Claim Type and Claim Reason that suit your claim.

How to choose the right Claim Type and Reason?

Provide additional details and documents as required, depending on your selected claim type and reason. Once you submitted the claim, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your claims including the claims reference number. Our claims team will process your submission and will provide an update on the result of the initial validation within 24-48 hrs.
