Yes, participation fee is charged at an item level.
4. Can I opt out of the program?
Yes, you can opt out any time after the 14-day lock-in period.

7. If the buyer uses other promotions or discounts, what will the 5.8% participation fee be based on?
The 5.8% participation fee will be charged per item based on the final item sale price.
For example, if a product's base price is PHP 500, and the buyer applies a 10% discount voucher for PHP 50 off, the final item sale price will be PHP 450. The FSMax participation fee will then be 5.8% of PHP 450, which is PHP 26.1.

You will NOT be charged the participation fee or the return shipping fee for failed deliveries.
