Ship on Time measures the sellers' ability to fulfil orders within the agreed timelines. This is measured for all verified orders, excluding buyer-cancelled orders, but including Fulfilled by Lazada (FBL) orders.
In regards with your concern on how many times we can request po, you can you do it once per order number since we have option naman po for the date range.
As per the reason, we can request po if there is a delay sa pick up and if No DOP available.
