Kung nagsubmit kayo ng Business documents like DTI, BIR, Mayors permit at kung ang nag pro-process ng payour mo ay Lazada mismo, then you are a Corpo Acct. If not, then Individual at under ka ng Cooperative

Hi Milexa Inc.,

To answer your question Dear Seller, if you submitted business documents for your shop, you are signed up as a Corporate Seller. If you uploaded an ID, you are signed up as an Individual Seller. We've checked your account, and you are signed up as an Individual Seller.

If you mistakenly signed up as a Corporate Seller instead of Individual...
STEP 1: Make sure that your Seller Center profile is complete with your business information.
1. For Business Registration Name - Name indicated should be the SHOP NAME indicated under the seller account information
2. Upload your valid government-issued ID.
STEP 2: Connect with our Partner Support for any request to change the Account Type.

If you want to change from micro to corporate, please follow the steps below:
1. Prepare the following business documents and upload them in your Seller Center
○ Certificate of Registration / BIR 2303
○ Business Permit
○ DTI / SEC Permit
2. Once uploaded, send your request and the required business documents to this email address: gocorpo@microsellerscooperative.com
Reminder: All business documents should be aligned/have the same name as your bank account to avoid your payout from being put on hold.

You are under corporate account if you have submitted business documents when you signed up kay Lazada.
