Just like to ask if there will be no problem in case the customer will request the seller to cancel her order that is on Ready to Ship Status, customer's problem is due to Bank payment concern.

Good day! Sorry to hear that your customer wish to cancel the order due to payment concern. Since the order is in Ready to Ship Status you may request the cancellation thru this LINK https://yida.alibaba-inc.com/o/SellerCancellationRequestforBuyers?spm=a1z32v.20589530.0.0.695bbaed5oG7tL&_locale_lang=en_US#/. Make sure that you have the proof (Screenshot thru IM) conversation with the buyer that he/she is requesting the cancellation.

Ma'am I'm so sorry namali ako ng pasok ng cancellation request. Dun ako sa cancel order nakapasok, sad to say yung reason na lumabas is yun "run out of stocks" but I wrote comment on it. Pero pumasok pa rin ako dun sa link that you gave me above.
