If the parcel is still in your hand po, you may request the cancellation via this link https://yida.alibaba-inc.com/o/SellerCancellationRequestforBuyers?spm=a1z32v.20589530.0.0.695bbaedeET4uu&_locale_lang=en_US#/ please provide proof (Conversation thru IM-Instant Messaging) showing the request cancellation of the buyer. With this process, no worries because the cancellation rate will not be affected, as well as the OVL of your shop.
