Good morning po!

We have sent an email notification to our sellers who haven't completed the membership requirements of the cooperative. As mandated by CDA (Cooperative Development Authority: a sole government agency mandated to register all types of cooperative), the COOP team is working on the seller's compliance as a regular member.

Every person that owns an "Individual" (with under 3M GMV) seller account/s on the Lazada platform is required to register as Members of the Online Micro Sellers Marketing Cooperative (OMSMC). To continuously enjoy the services of the cooperative, all individual sellers must complete the basic requirements below. The seller has to complete these requirements. Non-compliance will result in store deactivation.

1. Fill out the Membership Form here (http://bit.ly/CoopNewMF) and upload necessary documents when asked.

Prepare the following:

1.1. Proof of Citizenship [Valid ID with Filipino citizenship; or any valid ID plus birth/baptismal/marriage certificate.

1.2. Individual TIN (Tax Identification Number)

1.3. Personal photo (ID-type)

** Only Filipino citizens (Natural-born or Naturalized) can be a member of any Philippine cooperative.

If the seller is having trouble or encounter any error upon uploading any required files, please advise them to email membervalidation@microsellerscooperative.com

2. Complete Pre-Membership Education (PMES) training. They can choose their preferred online schedule here (https://bit.ly/3feG2Nn). They can ask for information on Coop's FB Page https://web.facebook.com/microsellerscooperative/?_rdc=1&_rdr

** If the seller doesn’t attend the PMES, their membership with the Cooperative will not be completed. The Cooperative will then reject their membership back to Lazada. You will be required by Lazada to upload your own business documents.

** Online PMES usually happen every week on Tuesdays and Wednesdays

** The owner of the shop should attend the PMES and secure a certificate under their name to be eligible for membership

3. Minimum Share Capital is Php100 which will be automatically deducted one-time from your payout upon validation of your Membership Form.

The Share Capital is the Member's ownership and capital contribution in the Cooperative. It is an essential and mandated requirement of all Cooperatives. Actively increasing your Share Capital will help the Cooperative in its capitalization to provide reliable services and benefits to its members.

Note: If the account was Deactivated due to Non-compliance, seller just need to fill-up the Membership form and submit their documents. Once done, they need to fill-up the Reactivation Form https://bit.ly/2REHkXL to process the reactivation of the account.
