As per your question, we don't have a way po to block the buyer from buying your products. However, you can report the buyer for UNFAIR BUYER REVIEWS, offensive messages in Instant Messaging, allso, when the buyer has high failed delivery rates and returns, COD option can be removed from the checkout page of the buyer. Lastly, buyers can be blacklisted din po sa Lazada if they have high cancellation rate.
