You may check the status of your return parcels po sa Seller Center under ORDER then ORDER MANAGEMENT under po ng RETURN OR REFUND tab po. Select ninyo lang po yung order number ng parcel po .Makikita ninyo din po yung proof of return doon from the courier. Kailangan po ivalidate po ninyo doon sa proof of return kung tama po ba yung signature ng nagreceived ng return po, kung kayo po ba o empleyado po ninyo yung nagreceived ng returns.
