I have a customer who ordered an item, then after a few minutes, receive a message request to cancel her order. I tried connecting to the user using lazada message didn't reply, I continued to do so many times. So I tried calling my customer - finally got connected I found, out thru her voice, that she's just an early teen. - long story short, I requested a cancel request to OVL 2 x, with captured SMS and message. didn't have a reply.
However, I got an automatic cancellation by the application, hitting my stats.
