I have a customer who ordered an item, then after a few minutes, receive a message request to cancel her order. I tried connecting to the user using lazada message didn't reply, I continued to do so many times. So I tried calling my customer - finally got connected I found, out thru her voice, that she's just an early teen. - long story short, I requested a cancel request to OVL 2 x, with captured SMS and message. didn't have a reply.

However, I got an automatic cancellation by the application, hitting my stats.

Once mataas po ang Cancellation Rate, maaapektuhan ang OVL (Order Volume Limit) nyo, that's the number of order na possible pumasok sa shop nyo.

In regards with your concern regarding the cancellation by the application, hitting your stats, please note po na once si buyer ang nagcancel sa end nya, hindi po maaapektuhan ang Cancellation Rate nyo, if ever naman po na nag request kayo using the Buyers Cancellation Form, then na hit ang Cancellation Rate nyo affecting your OVL, kindly request po to this form para macheck po ng team.
