With regards to your inquiry about the out of stock product in your store.

Upon verification, we've verified that your store is in Holiday mode. With this, I suggest that you turn off the holiday mode. To do this, click "Settings" sa lower right tapos po i-click yung profile. From there, may makikita po kayo na "Holiday Mode" tab. You can turn on/off yung Holiday Mode.

Also, we've noticed that the product score needs to be modified such as product description and image description as it is showing as "qualified" status instead of excellent. To optimize, you may try to edit it by going to Seller Center>Products>Manage Products.
