With regards to your inquiry about the out of stock product in your store. 
Upon verification, we've verified that your store is in Holiday mode. With this, I suggest that you turn off the holiday mode. To do this, click "Settings" sa lower right tapos po i-click yung profile. From there, may makikita po kayo na "Holiday Mode" tab. You can turn on/off yung Holiday Mode.
Also, we've noticed that the product score needs to be modified such as product description and image description as it is showing as "qualified" status instead of excellent. To optimize, you may try to edit it by going to Seller Center&gt;Products&gt;Manage Products.

With regards to your inquiry, here are the steps that you need to follow if you wish to change from corporate to individual account.
1. Prepare the following business documents and upload them in your Seller Center
○ Certificate of Registration / BIR 2303
○ Business Permit
○ DTI / SEC Permit

Reminder: All business documents should be aligned/have the same name as your bank account to avoid your payout from being put on hold.

With regards to your inquiry, may we ask are you referring your payout? For that po, If the order was delivered &amp; not clicked the order received by the buyer your payout will be delay however, after 7 days our system will automatically tag as order received and will reflect to your next payout schedule. Furthermore, we have auto and manual withdrawal kapag auto withdrawal every Monday po yon kapag manual naman po it could be done once a week.
