Ka-seller, please take note of the logistics reminder:
● Nov 12 (Saturday) and 13 (Sunday) are considered as working days wherein sellers are required to be operational and ready to fulfill orders. Click here to know more about Mega Campaign Fulfillment Policy
● If your campaign schedule is different from your normal business hours, ensure that "Campaign" operating days and hours (ODH) in Seller Center are accurate and up-to-date since this will be the basis for pickup. Learn more on how to update your operating days and hours here
● ODH updating takes 24 hours to reflect in the logistics system
● If sellers have RTS based on ODH even after 5PM , as early as 6AM or during weekends, seller should expect arrival of courier and should accommodate pickup
● Sellers under Pick-up who will be advising drivers through SMS that they will drop off their parcels will be tagged as PNR
● Pick-up team to strictly observe 15-min waiting time. Avoid Package Not Ready and hand over parcels completely
● For sellers with multiple assigned couriers, ensure that your parcels are segregated per 3PL to prevent any delay during handover
● Seller to print carrier manifest only for non-LEX 3PLs (J&T, XDE, NJV, FEX). Learn more about carrier manifest in Help Center
● Sellers with implants: Implants can start scanning parcels while waiting for the driver to arrive so the handover will be faster; For Non-LEX 3PLs, advance scanning is NOT allowed
● Our couriers cannot accommodate the transportation of live plants, fresh and frozen goods; hence, these parcels will be rejected by pick-up teams or at drop-off points. Kindly migrate live plants or similar products to Delivered by Seller (DBS) delivery option. Know more about DBS here.
