As per your question po, we don't have Wechat or QQ group for New Seller. However, we have DINGTALK po to communicate with your Vendor Manager.

Dingtalk is a messaging app. To help you out po with the steps, ang una niyo pong gagawin ay idownload niyo po yung Dingtalk sa Play store, ang susunod naman po is mag log in kayo sa inyong Seller center account gamit ang inyong Computer or Laptop, at iclick niyo lang po yung "Connect with Lazada"na banner. Last, meron po lalabas na instructions na inyong susundin para maiconnect ang inyong DingTalk account.
