The package dimension refers to the dimensions of the final external packaging of the item. That is the basis po ng Shipping Fee charge ng buyer at ng Seller thats why, it is important na tama ang dimension na dini-declare natin on each SKU.
To clarify your concern, weight or dimension weight po ng actual package po ang kailangan nating ideclare.
