You can leave a note po in every parcel encouraging our buyers na mag unboxing video po sila para if incase there's a problem with their orders, mas madali po ang pag process natin ng request nila. Also, importante po na may mga proofs tayong napoprovide (Seller and Buyer) to support our claims if incase there's an issue with the orders.
