Hello po, I receive po from buyer, requesting to cancel her order. But communicated via Chat, ang problem, naka ship no po yung item - COD. I have already advised her na ang pag cancel po ng order is to execute from her side.

Pwede ko ba i-advise sa seller kung she's really decided to cancel it, to just reject the item pag dating? at magiging negative feedback ba sa store yung ganitong cases (buyer rejecting items)?

Hi Seller,

Good day! Apologies for the inconveniences po. Buyer can cancel order po sa application however, it is not possible if naka Ready to Ship na ang Parcel. What you can do po if ever na hindi nyo pa nahandover sa Logistic ang parcel is to request Buyer Cancellation on behalf of the buyer then provide proof na nagre-request si Buyer. You need to send the screenshot ng conversation nyo ng Buyer.

However, if nashipped nyo na po, the buyer can reject the parcel upon delivery but please note na may impact din po sa account ng Buyer if nag cacancel sila ng order, same goes sa Seller po.
