Good morning! with regard to your first concern you need to apply as Crossborder seller since your warehouse is outside the country. The address should be the location as to where the item is coming from since the basis in order fulfillment is the warehouse address. Second, about free shipping promotion, seller has the capability in creating free shipping promotion wherein seller will be shouldering the shipping cost of the parcel by the buyer.
