Just to confirm Seller, are you trying to print the AWB? Or may I know more about your concern?

Hi @********040
This means that the product had been added to the cart and is awaiting for payment method to be chosen. The contact buyer button is an option you can use to reach out to the customer and inform them to check out the order. Once a payment method is already chosen and the order is checked out, you will not have the option to print the AWB.
