Good day! Apologies po for the inconveniences.
All failed delivery orders should be returned to you within 45 calendar days from its Transit to Ship (TTS) date
All customer return (non-DRTM) should be returned to you within 25 calendar days from its returned date.
In regards with your concern about sa returned parcel na walang laman, please note po that it is a must to conduct quality check sa mga returned parcel. When you say, Failed delivery, hindi po nahawakan ng buyer ang parcel, that's why, once po na ibinalik sya ng courier sainyo, wala po dapat mababago sa packaging nya. If incase po na tampered na or may nabago sa packaging, you can decline the parcel po and file for a claims/dispute then get all the information needed like the courier's ID, picture ng incorrect parcel with airway bill and the signed rejection form.
