"Confidently selling with a heart" I've always wanted to have a business of my own. I felt like I've been working for so long in the corporate industry and I FINALLY realized I have to have a business of my own to have more stability financially. BUT questions arise the more I give in to this interest of mine. I don't have a lot of knowledge or experience, and I don't know personally a lot of people who do. I have a lot of fears about what could possibly go wrong being that I'm a new seller. So I was not able to act on this goal of mine as soon as I could have. AND THEN THE PANDEMIC HAPPENED. Everybody in the family was scared, some of our love ones said goodbye due to COVID, there was just a lot going on and we cannot control it. Our income went down because of some opportunities that we missed due to the lockdowns. It was REALLY challenging. BUT I AM A MOTHER, I have a family who depends on me so I cannot give up easily, that's why when I saw the facebook post regarding being a Lazada seller, I went ahead and had a look of it. That time, not only because I want it, but also because I NEED IT. When I was starting as a new seller, I joined trainings, watched videos and testimonials on HOW TO BE A LAZADA SELLER. I was relieved to see the vast information in Lazada University and how the account managers patiently assisted and taught me. IT WAS HEARTWARMING as a new seller who don't have anybody to talk to, in this new venture. Lazada offers a lot of tools and program to help me sell the products in my store better. Joining CAMPAIGNS, using VOUCHERS, FREE SHIPPING , SPONSORED SOLUTIONS and STORE DECORATION was some of the things I did to have more exposure and revenue for my store. Taking advantage of these tools definitely helped our store level-up. I couldn't imagine being able to increase my revenue without these tools, it's just not possible. And what's more is that Lazada also have events that empowers sellers to be more successful(shown in picture). YES! Looking back, I know that I made the right decision in being a Lazada seller. To gamble in a business as a new seller, in the midst of pandemic, would not work, if it wasn't with Lazada. And if I can give my past self an advice, it would be "Start early, and don't hesitate, because Lazada is here for you". Now, after more than a year, with Lazada's help, I am confidently selling with a heart. - Thankful owner of Elzanco
