Orders placed with offline payment methods such as over the counter (pay at nearby stores or ATM), e-wallets or bank transfers where payments is deferred, or

Orders placed with no chosen payment method (i.e., If the customer clicks the "PLACE ORDER NOW," an order will be generated even if they did not select a payment method and proceeded to "PAY NOW")
