Hello. I just want to ask what can I do because the customer placed an order 4 x but should be 1 only. I tried to walk her through on how to cancel the other 3 but she no longer replied. I'm worried that if I cancel on 3, will my non-fulfillment rate have a big impact? 'Out of stock' is the only available reason to cancel in my end. 😓

Use the OV tool, or ask PSC or ADA can help you with the cancellation requested by buyer

With the cancellation of the order, you can advise the customer to reach out to customer support to cancel the other orders. We always remind our sellers not to cancel on their end as it may affect your Order Volume Limit. Order volume limit (OVL) is the number of orders you can receive on a daily basis. For cancellation of the orders, you can reach out to our Seller Chat Support to assist you.
