Since there is no way to block a buyer ano po dapat namin gawing mga seller? Also kung di responsive si buyer para i-cancel ang order nya or asking kung pwede palitan ng iba since wala stock ung gsto nya cancellation rate pa rin ng seller ang apektado

Hi,

Good day! In a normal circumstances, we as a seller should always check our inventory to avoid this kind of scenario. Ang mapapayo ko na lang po sa inyo as kapwa seller, mag reserve po kayo atleast 1 or 2pcs(kung kaya) per item para just in case magkaroon ng problem sa last declared stock niyo(defective or reject pala ito) meron po kayong maipapalit na reserba.

Also, always reach out po sa partner/chat support natin para mas mabigyan nila kayo ng effective solutions para po sa concern niyo. Sana po nakatulong.

Good day!

As per blocking the buyer, Seller can only request for this if the buyer speaking rude or using profanities towards the Seller.

As per the cancellation naman po, you can only request to cancel if ssi buyer po mismo ang nag request. Reason that the Buyer is not responsive because you are trying to contact them due to out of stock reason is invalid.

Moving forward, let's make sure po na kung ilan ang onhand natin per SKU, yun lang din po ang i-declare natin para hindi maapektuhan ang fulfillment ng shop.
