Hi,Good day! In a normal circumstances, we as a seller should always check our inventory to avoid this kind of scenario. Ang mapapayo ko na lang po sa inyo as kapwa seller, mag reserve po kayo atleast 1 or 2pcs(kung kaya) per item para just in case magkaroon ng problem sa last declared stock niyo(defective or reject pala ito) meron po kayong maipapalit na reserba.Also, always reach out po sa partner/chat support natin para mas mabigyan nila kayo ng effective solutions para po sa concern niyo. Then re-order po ulit siya ng kung ano po yung gusto niya. At least sa ganitong paraan, maiiwasan po ni customer yung panibagong shipping fee lalo na kung wala po siyang voucher ng free shipping.Sana po nakatulong :)

Upon re-printing ng AWB, napansin namin na nagbago yung quantity ng parcel, meaning nagcancel ng isang item si customer kahit na naka tag na ito as ready for pickup. Ito yung reason kung bakit hindi ma-scan yung previous AWB.<a data-type="mention" class="mention" data-id="66725e4f-c6d3-4470-840f-02af1fbac1e8" href="/contributor/joemaestephaniegella-3ljc">@JOEMAESTEPHANIEGELLA</a> Baka pwede pong i-raised up itong concern na ito sa designated team, kasi before, hindi naman allowed ang customer na magcancel ng particular item/s sa mismong order na naka tag na as Ready For Pickup. Good day! Kung paulit ulit lang po yung mga ganitong scenario sa store niyo, pwede niyo po i-report directly sa inyong Vendor Manager or Key Account Manager. Kung wala naman po kayo ng mga nabanggit, pwede niyo rin po i-report sa Live Support para mas mabigyan kayo ng detalye kung ano po ang dapat niyong gawin.
