Mga ka-seller. How do you deal with buyers na COD ang preferred na mode of payment? Feel ko kasi I have to be more engaging to these customers para maiwasan ang returns and cancellation.

I always use the chat feature to reach out to the buyer and to confirm their orders. Hirap na kasi lalo na sakin may mga products ako na customized.

Same with Palma. I always ask for order confirmation as well via chat.

Good day Seller! In dealing customers who prefers the COD option po, you really need to be engaging to your buyers. You can send them photos po of the product before and after packaging. Giving them assurance that the order will be coming by giving them updates can work also.
It would really work to minimize returns and cancellation by engaging to your customers by giving them updates, answering their questions, and reassuring them that the order will get to them.
