Sa Seller Center account niyo. Click "Settings" sa lower right tapos po click on Profile. Tapos may makikita po kayo na "Holiday Mode" tab. From there, you can turn on/off yung Holiday Mode para sa store niyo po.For me, I use it pag I can't attend to my shop the whole day. If a few hours lang naman, I have someone from my team to check the store.

Ano ba meaning at para saan ang CEM?

Congrats sayo! Ako naman I learned to always to reach out to my customers to confirm their orders (sinasama ko pa yung exact variant na pinili nila) via chat. I noticed mas maliit ang returns and cancellations ko! :D
