We experienced the same scenario, hindi ma-scan ni LEX yung parcel na nakatag na as Ready for Pickup. Upon re-printing ng AWB, napansin namin na nagbago yung quantity ng parcel, meaning nagcancel ng isang item si customer kahit na naka tag na ito as ready for pickup. Ito yung reason kung bakit hindi ma-scan yung previous AWB.
@JOEMAESTEPHANIEGELLA Baka pwede pong i-raised up itong concern na ito sa designated team, kasi before, hindi naman allowed ang customer na magcancel ng particular item/s sa mismong order na naka tag na as Ready For Pickup. Thank you.
Please double-check the status of your order before drop off to avoid this issue, if the error still exists, kindly try to reprint the AWB of the product.
