Good day Seller! We are sorry to hear that your shop got deactivated. We have different Non-compliance scenarios when it comes to Fair Trading Policy. There are penalties where the seller is given 48 non-compliance points, and resulting to deactivation. If you receive a notification about in violating the policy, you may file an appeal under "Account health" and you just need to click view details.
It would be much better for you to provide as much proof to support your appeal. And just to set up expectation, if the appeal was not accepted, it may take up to 1 year to reactivate your account.
