Good morning po, regarding po with your question. There are few reasons po kung bakit hindi ninyo po masearch yung shop po ninyo using the store name.

1st po is baka hindi po kayo eligible sa Seller Store Search program po ni Lazada. As of right now po yung Seller Store Search program po ni Lazada is on Pilot Launch po, ibig sabihin po only selected Seller's po are eligible to have their Shop's name searchable in Lazada Platform But no worries po once nasa full launch na po ito possible po na maging eligible and lahat ng Seller's as long as na follow po yung guidelines sa pag gawa or gamit ng Shop name po ng Store.

2nd po There are criteria's din po na dapat sundin para maging part po ang isang Seller sa program and may guidelines din po sa pag gamit po ng shop name.
