May bumalik po na item ordered last Jan 26th, dumating and item Feb 7 (10days) sa buyer,
Sa logistics logs it says "refused to accept item"
I got it back Feb 14, 2022 (7days) the item is sealed and unopened. mag hi-hit ba ang store stats ko because it this incident?

As per your concern about your stats/performance, No worries po kasi hindi po maaapektuhan ang performance nyo since "refused to accept item" po sya ng buyer.
As for those buyers naman po na nagrerefuse ng orders/parcels or mataas ang Cancellation Rate, mawawalan po sila ng COD privileges.
