LISA’s six main features
1.Operational modes – Gives sellers the option to select where the queries will go through first
2.Greeting Message – Lets sellers edit the first reply the buyer receives according to the seller’s tone and brand
3.Knowledge Base – Where all the customer questions and answers are found
4.Time Range Configuration – Set responses available only for a time period
5.Keywords – Allows sellers to add answers to queries outside the existing knowledge base
6.Data Dashboard - Where sellers can find data regarding their LISA chat metrics
Good thing about LISA po is, if you are not available to answer any chat messages, LISA is there po to immediately reply sa buyers. This way, may response agad na narereceive si buyer and they would not feel na iniignore natin ang queries nila. After all, every chat is a sales opportunity so, let's grab the opportunity po na makabenta.
Also, as stated sa FAQs po, you can modify responses to our buyers and if hindi maaccommodate ni LISA ang queries ng buyer, that's the time na mata-transfer po sainyo ang chat. By this, mas madami po tayong time to fulfill orders.
