QUESTION:
I have around 300+ products in my LAZADA store. Upon checking, all are active at may stocks na nakalagay. But I've been getting feedback from customers ko hindi daw sila makapag check out dahil ang nakalagay daw ay out of stock.
May nakakaexperience din po ba ng ganito? What should I do?

I suggest for you to check your OVL.
If wala sa OVL, check the campaigns na may item reservation if na reserve yung mga items nyo at wala ng available na stock (bukod sa reserved qty).

Have you tried the filter sa Manage Products tab? Me "Out Of Stock" or "Lowest Stock" feature to view your low stock items sa store.
Baka po OVL din ang store nyo. Yan din po ang concern ko
