Hi, ka-seller. For me, I think the best way to approach it is to move forward na lang sa nangyari. That's part of maintaining an online business kasi, meron at meron tayong ma-eexperience na ganyang klaseng customer. Ang importante buong buo pa po ang item na nireturn sa inyo. Look at the bright side nalang. That can still be sold sa iba dahil hindi sira. Pag nakaka receive ako ng return naiinis din ako kasi sayang effort naman talaga. Pero at the end of the day you have to move forward and keep going. Sana di mo na ito ma-experience ulit!

I mainly use Tagalog.Most of my products kasi are made from materials here in the Philippines. That's something kasi na I want to highlight kaya the desciptions are mostly in Tagalog. Whenever someone chats naman if di naindihan yung Tagalog words, that's when I reply with the English translation.

Hello!Kung para sa specific item for a specific buyer wala pa pong ganun. But if gusto mo makita yung data ng mga products na in-aadd to cart sa store mo nasa Business Advisor po iyon.And if may CEM ka you can see the number na nagadd to cart then you can send a message to remind them about their items na nasa cart na nila.

The Lazada will do the process of investigation on the presented evidences by both seller and buyer. Also you were advised by Lazada if your evidenced is not enough to reject the said returned item. The refund will automatically charged to your account. Please avoid those incidents which will caused deactivation of store product.
