I have the same concern. Check nyo ang inyong OVL status. then makikita nyo dun ang reason why and up to when bago ma-lift. Up to now, waiting pa din ako ng lifting ng OVL... past 14 days na, every Monday daw kasi.

Napansin ko po sa mga stores ko na bihira mag open ng messages ang mga buyers and magbigay ng reviews. Kaya nagkakawarning. Even if padalhan ng messages and updates on status of their parcels. Baka merong makapag share kung ano pa pwedeng gawin. salamat

- How long does the OVL penalty? Dec 27 yung cancelation and its January 13 na, hanggang ngayon may OVL pa din. Also, di ba reset at midnight, but today, past 7am na di pa din nag reset.
