Meron po ako item na QC Rejected / locked dahil nagkaroon ng violation tapos meron po naship na item, mdedeliver po ba yun sa customer or mababalik sakin yung item?Sana masagot.

Yes, the item will be delivered but at the same time it is possible that it will be return if it's proven damage, expired and actual product is not as described.
