Good Day po,
Regarding your question po, if your buyer has initiated po a return request. you have 3 days to respond to the Customer's request you must give a Refund only, Reject or Return response to the request itself , Giving that response over IM will not be considered. If no response made this will be auto-refund based on the value of the item.
It is best to communicate with your Buyer . this will allow you to understand why the Customer wants to return the item and possible resolve the issue without even having to return the item.
If Customer insist of the having the item refunded. Refund amount by default is the item paid price (excluded of the marketing vouchers used but including store credits) + shipping fee paid by the customer. However , this amount is subjected to change based on negotiation between you "the Seller and the Buyer.
