Response Rate while using LISA

Hello po sa mga LISA users! Ask ko lang po if talagang nakakatulong si LISA chatbot sa pagpapataas ng Response Rate? Nabasa ko lang po kasi sa Help Center pero gusto ko malaman sa mga users mismo.

Hi Seller, Good day!

LISA handled chats will not be counted po in your shop's Response Rate and Response Time, but it will help you improve your chat metrics.

For example:

Scenario 1: Your shop receives 100 chats. All 100 chats are handled and resolved by LISA. Your CRR and CRT will show as 0, but in reality it’s 100%.

Scenario 2: Your shop receives 100 chats. 10 chats switched to live. Your CRR and CRT will depend on how fast you answered the chats upon the sessions switching to a live agent.
