hi i would like to ask why i am charge with "bulky fee and ODZ" in my understanding the shipping fee should be paid by the buyer.is someone has the same experience bulky fee and ODZ being charge by lazada?

Try niyo po sir i-split into to parcels since dalawang gallon naman po inorder sa inyo. Check niyo kung singilin pa kayo ng excess shipping fee

Nagkakaroon po ng charge po ang seller sa shipping fee sa parcel kapag mali po yung nailagay po ninyong package weight and dimension po sa product description po sa delivery warranty po. Dapat po accurate po yung package weight and dimension po para po macalculate po ng tama yung shipping fee ng parcel. If ever po kasi kung mali yung nailagay ninyo sa package weight sa product delivery warranty po, for example po under weight yung declaration ninyo doon sa product delivery warranty and pag dating po sa courier po is tinimbag nila yun and lumabas po na mabigat kumpara sa nadeclare ninyo, kayu po yung ichacharge ng courier po sa sobra timbang po ng parcel po. If ever naman po tama yung package weight and dimension po ng parcels and nacharge pa rin po kayo pwede po kayung mag dispute sa shipping fee na nacharge sainyo.

thank you for your comment. any idea if the buyer order 2 or more of products but it was combined in the shipment. normally my product weight is 3.2 - 3.5 kg per piece dahil gallon po sya tapos nilalagay sa box as per lazada packaging STD. so if combine po mababago po yung timbang.do i still charge bulky fee and ODZ?

Hello po! When I checked my SOA to find out what these charges under "Reversal Item Charges (*Bulky Fee and ODZ)" are, found out that this includes "LCP Fee" (Cashback) and "Sponsored Discovery - Top up". I-check niyo rin po yung detailed Account Statement niyo in the Lazada Seller Center.
