Hi ka Seller. If may paorder po kayong 12 parcels a day in 4 consecutive weeks possible po yan. If drop off ang first mile nio po pede po kayo mag request of change of shipping provider. Just go to your my account then choose profile and then shipping provider. Nandun napo ang steps on how to change your shipping provider from drop off to pickup.

The Lazada will do the process of investigation on the presented evidences by both seller and buyer. Also you were advised by Lazada if your evidenced is not enough to reject the said returned item. The refund will automatically charged to your account. Please avoid those incidents which will caused deactivation of store product.
